The cover features a mounted photograph on the frontside & is individually numbered on the backside. The outer polybag sleeve is screen printed with the Floor logo. Lower number copies are on dark purple vinyl (Isn't very apparent that it's purple until held up to light). The rest of the copies are on black. No catalog number appears on the release, it was taken from the label's homepage.
