Comes in cardboard sleeve. Designed as a replica of the vinyl version. Printed along the inner ring of the reflective side of the CD (where the mould SID can be found) is the following phrase: "Varför kan jag inte döda Gud inom mig?" ...which translates (loosely) to: "Why can I not kill God within me?"
