On the cover it is 'Berserk 剣風伝奇ベルセルク Original Soundtrack', the spines mention '剣風伝奇ベルセルク オリジナル・サウンドトラック' in full Japanese, and the obi mentions both the aforementioned and 'Berserk 剣風伝奇ベルセルク オリジナル・サウンドトラック.' Track 9 is listed as '劇中歌' (insert song), 10 as 'オープニングテーマ' (opening theme) and 11 as 'エンディングテーマ' (ending theme).
