The Merry Sparklers was in fact Nathan Glantz's Orchestra, whose personnel is made up of: Nathan Glantz (as,bcl) dir: Jules Levy Jr., Julius Berkin (tp), Eph(raim) Hannaford (tb), Larry Briers (p), John Cali (bjo), unknown (bb) & Joe Green (d,x,marimba). "Lazy" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWENYti87RI) (matrix 9436 (with take C rejected & takes A & B issued)) was cut on March 26 of 1924. The Atlantic Dance Orchestra was a pseudonym for Louis Katzman's Orchestra, whose personnel is made up of: Louis Katzman dir: Hymie Farberman, another (tp), unknown (tb), unknown (cl,as,ss), unknown (cl,ts,ss), unknown (p), Harry Reser (bjo), unknown (bb) & unknown (d). Both sides were cut in the Edison Studios from Manhattan's Knickerbocker Building located between the 5th Avenue & the 16th Street (75-79 Fifth Avenue) in New York. The information about both sides is taken from Richard Johnson & Bernard Shirley's book "American Dance Bands On Record & Film, 1915-1942".
