B: Mail-away coupon sheet titled "Reservation Certificate" with four removable panels for free samples of this recording for friends. C: Foldout sheet titled "Facts About" detailing this pressing and mastering quality along with care of this box-set. A value worth up to $59.76. There is no cat# for the complete set present on this release, just the cat#s for the individual LP's. The spine on the box housing the LP's indicates a Stereo release as "RDS" compared to the Mono version "RDM" [r=2760689]
