CD used to promote the forthcoming album and tour. Some came with an Avatar sticker. Some issued where the CD single is fixed onto a A4-sized press release cardboard sheet with info about the new album and the tour. Management for Gain. No signs of Promo are mentioned on cardsleeve or CD artwork.
