The Electric Saxophone --- 1997

"Wings" (AMP) originally composed 1981. Preparation for saxophone version premiered in April 1991 by John Sampen. "Four 5" (C. F. Peters) completed in December 1991. "Mimicry" composed 1981. "Drifting Over A Red Place" (ACA) originally intended for clarinet, slides, and optional dancer. Reorchestrated 1992. "Music For Alto Saxophone And Tape" composed between 1992 and 1995. "Spontaneous Combustion" (Cautious Music) composed 1991. Recording funded in part by the MidAmerican Center for Contemporary Music (Bowling Green State University) and by the BGSU College of Musical Arts.
