Tracks 18-21: Recorded as an intro for the live shows in St. Petersburg on 18.10.2008 (18), in Modena on 29.10.2005 (19), in Mansfeld on 20.07.2002 (20) and in Delft (21) on 27.02.2004. Live photos by Viktor Kukkonen Edition is limited to 35 copies and comes in a special foldout envelope with cardboard inner sleeve, three postcard, "Only Echoes Remain" DVD (Der Angriff Nr. 35) and sealed with a gold wax stamp.
