J Church / Discount --- 2000

This album was originally supposed to come out on [l=Fueled By Ramen] in 1998. [a=J Church] were scheduled to release a 7"/CD EP of [a=Electric Light Orchestra] covers, [a=Discount (2)] a 7"/CD EP of [a=Billy Bragg] covers, then the two would be combined on a split album. There's a reference to the EPs (marked "coming soon") in the [m=743093] compilation CD booklet. [a=Discount (2)] released their EP titled [r=850809] on [l=Fueled By Ramen] in 1998. The [a=J Church] tracks were recorded but their EP was never released by [l=Fueled By Ramen]. The planned split album combining the two bands' cover EPs remained unreleased until [l=Rugger Bugger Discs] released it in 2000. Tracks A1 to A5 are [a83242] covers recorded at Morrisound Studios February 1998. Tracks B1 to B5 are [a112154] covers.
