The lyric sheet states the artwork was replicated as-is without any touch-ups, and that the credits may contain invalid information. There is no re-mastering credit or anything of the sort. Includes hype sticker-like circle as part of the artwork and a replica of the insert that was in the LP — one side with credits and lyrics, and the other side has a photo of the band. The tracklist on the back of the CD cover is fully in Latin characters, while the tracklist of the lyric sheet has some of the song names in Japanese. Marty K. Bracey's name is misspelled as Marty K. Bracy in the credits.
