Page 1 of Liner Notes: "歴史的に貴重な音源を使用しているため、一部オリジナルマスターテープに起因するノイズ等がございます。また、本品のアートワークはオリジナル発売当時の仕様を可能な限り忠実に復刻しており、表記、クレジット等現在の情報とは一部異なる場合があります。" Translates to: "Because this product uses historically valuable sound sources, there may be some noise caused by the original master tape. In addition, the artwork of this product has been reproduced as faithfully as possible to the specifications at the time of the original release, and some of the notation, credits, etc. may differ from the current information."
