A compilation of live, exclusive, rare and unreleased tracks from Fucked Up and FU-World bands. A self-released tape-only project. Includes insert with extensive liner notes detailing most of the recordings. Published by Rats Love Music. A14 is Fucked Up's response to track A13. A18 is a [a=Kelly Clarkson] cover. A19 features appearances by some of the late greats in Toronto hardcore. A20 is a cover of track B6. The Banter at the beginning of side B is listed separately from the main tracklist, Litany (Live KBOO) is labeled as track 1. B2 and B3 are included because they are the sources of the opening riffs for the Fucked Up songs "Looking For Gold/Life" and "Dance Of Death" respectively. B5 is a cover of track B4. B8 is a clip from a CD recording of the terrorist organization Hamas. B13 is a [a=Cro-Mags] cover. B14 is a rip off of "Solitary Confinement" by the [a=Weirdos].
