Release comes in a white opaque tray jewel case and obi strip. The cover art (front of booklet) is oriented in portrait mode. The back of the jewel case is opaque which means that there is no insert behind the tray of the disc. So, instead, they stuck a sticker in the shape of the shadow of Kotani Kinya and the tracklist written on it (as well as the copyright stuff). Only the obi strip as the original release date on it. The disc has a CD Extra / Enhanced track with 4 short untitled clips of Kotani Kinya speaking / acting (320x240, 12fps, 16-bit, 22050khz PCM audio, AVI format). The content of this enhanced track is not advertised anywhere in the release except for a folded insert that advertises "Antinos Records Album Discography" and, inside, there is menton of the Enhanced / CD Extra track and the system requirements.
