Dogs In Space --- 2010-12-04

A compilation of The Ears best and/or most notorious material. Dogs in Space is the only extant album from the band. Released via [url=http://theears.bandcamp.com/album/dogs-in-space]Bandcamp[/url] Tracks 7, 9 and 12 came from a forgotten recording session (possibly involving Jim Atkins) possibly towards the late middle of the band's existence. The ancient 4 track 1/4 inch tape on which this and two other songs were found, bore the note 'St Kilda Studios'. The songs had separate tracks for guitar/bass/drums and keys, but no vocals. With the help of the hierophant Simon Polinski, the sound has been brought up to scratch and, of course, vocals have been added. Restored, Mixed and Mastered by Simon Polinski at Laundry Goat.
