Packaged in a standard jewel case with a clear tray. Includes a 4-page booklet, an obi, and a bonus track. Although the credits refer to mastering as opposed to remastering, the obi states: "2000年リリースのライヴEPが遂にリマスター再発。(The live EP released in 2000 has finally been remastered.)" The original EP was mastered at Explosion Works. This version was (re)mastered at Peace Music. The bonus track is a soundboard recording recorded at Silver Elephant on December 13, 1997. The times are not printed on the release.
