These are songs I worked on for the last year. It's about navigating this head scratcher life. The unreasonable jealousy and overcoming the negative chatter in your head. You can choose to not be depressed. You might still feel it but if you don't acknowledge that shit it can't grow into a monster thought form that devours everything in it's path. That is real . Don't listen to the internet troll bots. Practice mindfulness.I put the same amount of over thinking into each album. I just got tired of the industry standards of releasing , touring and waiting.
