In poly bag with hand-screened foldover paper cover (gray ink artwork on front, song titles in red ink on back). Disc is black vinyl with blank white labels. Comes with a photocopied insert which repeats the image from the front cover, has the lyrics under a small tab at the left, and has credits and recording information on the back. Recorded at Castle Ultimate Studios in Oakland, CA March 28th, 29th 2005
