Track 1: The premiere was broadcast live from a public performance at Hertz Hall, Universoty of California, by radio station KPFA-FM, Berkeley, CA, 26 February 1990. Track 2 recorded in November 1990. Recorded onto a Studer 24-track analog tape recorder, mixed to DAT (48k). Previously released by Frog Peak Music, Box A36, Hanover, NH 03755, U.S.A. Track 3 recorded in June 1984. Track 4 © 1989 I Wayan Sadra and the American Gamelan Institute. Instruments are from 'Gamelan Lipur Sih', built by Tentrem Sarwanto. Recorded in June 1989. Track 5 recorded in November 1990 on a Sony TCD-10 PRODAT. Track 6 recorded in October 1986. Previously released by the artists as "The Dundee Telegrams and other communications", compact disc, on CD Tech, Texas Tech University, 1986. Track 7 recorded in 1989. Track 8 recorded December 1989 - February 1990. Track 9 previously released by Spooky Pooch, 5618 Ludwig Avenue, El Cerrito, CA 94530, 1988. Track 10 recorded in December 1989. Track 11 recorded in 1990. Track 12 recorded November - December 1990. Digital synthesis done on the Samson Box at CCRMA, Stanford University; edited and mastered on a Studer Dyaxis. Track 13 recorded in 1984. Track 14 digitally recorded on a Sony DAT TCS-D10 using a Sony ECM959DT microphone. Spatial processing through a Lexicon (LX-5) digital effects processor.
