Inside sleeve has a photo and credits on the left side, with the heading "Archipelago Brewing Company with Four God Damn Girl Drummers". Many sleeves have the paper inner sleeve glued onto the blank right inside (Unipak-style). Issued with single sided insert titled "Greetings, Gate...Let's Scalpitate!" (liner notes).
