Track 14 recorded live in Gothenburg, 1998. Track 15 recorded live at the Enskede Jazz Festival, Stockholm, 2002. • Track 16 is an improvisational piece, recorded in 2005, aimed at demonstrating the "Drumkit from Hell" (sampled from Tomas Haake, Meshuggah's drummer).
