Includes insert with lyrics and credits, and a Donut Friends label catalog insert. Original recording was supposed to be released by Keystone-Ember but they seemed to have fallen off the face of the Earth. Thanks to David for getting us a copy of the CD. Side A vinyl label incorrectly indicates that the record plays at 45RPM, but 33RPM is correct. Tracks are numbered 1-7 on the insert. Catalog number appears as #057 on the cover spine, and as df#057 on the label catalog insert.
