Issued in a foldover sleeve. Label side A is nearly blank apart from a "Lissy's"-logo Label side B is blank. On both labels,on one half, some colour (blue and yellow?) is shining through from underneath. Limited to 500 copies. Cat# LISS 1 seems to have been applied on sleeve with an ink stamp.
