In poly bag with hand-screened paper cover (gray ink on textured black paper). Disc is translucent vinyl with some black smoke marbling. Labels are blank white. Comes with a photocopied insert which repeats the image from the front cover, has the lyrics under a small tab at the left, and has credits and recording information on the back. Recorded at Castle Ultimate Studios in Oakland, CA March 28th, 29th 2005
