Track 1 was previously released on the [r=3828960] compilation on [l122843] in 2002. Track 2 was previously released on the [r=19494469] compilation on [l2311561] in 2002 under the title "Let's Drink To Us". Track 3 was previously released on the [r=11940855] compilation on [l73062] in 2001. Tracks 4 to 9 were previously self-released on the [r=12192438] CDr EP in 2002. Tracks 10 to 13 were previously self-released on the band's first EP titled "Light + Motion = Cinema". Tracks 14 to 16 are recordings of practice sessions; previously unreleased. Tracks 17 and 18 recorded live at a show in South Bend, Indiana.
