Mini-LP sleeve. Includes obi, lyrics insert plus card. Track 1 was the main theme from Japanese TV drama 『女医』, starred by Miki Nakatani. This song is a version of "Awakening" by Miu Sakamoto, using a slightly different backing track from the original version on Aquascape, closer to the version found later (in relation to this single) on Miu's debut full length album. The lyrics are all new on this version. "All This Time" is the same song but with an English lyric and a slightly different mix.
