The text inside the sleeve reads: "This soundtrack was composed by Charly Brown to accompany a visual presentation by Tom Bonauro for the 1987 AIGA National Conference Guitar performed by Ken Weller Tom Bonauro 1188 Green Street San Francisco 94109 415-474-1171 Art Direction Graphic Design Advertising Etcetera" It appears that this is more of an elaborate business card for Tom Bonauro the graphic designer, and the music is secondary. Much attention has gone into the sleeve - it has embossed covers with carefully pasted-on artwork, a tissue paper inner sleeve, and all contact information is for the graphic designer, not the musician.
