Digipak including 16-page booklet with liner notes. Misprint on the packaging: The back cover lists only 10 tracks. In fact the Intro is a separate track on the CD while the cover shows it combined with Greeting Immortality. The correct tracklist is found here. Tracks 1-4 recorded 1992 for "Demo 1". Track 5 recorded 1992 for the Deaf Metal Sampler. Tracks 6-8 recorded at a 1992 rehearsal. Track 9 recorded at another 1992 rehearsal. Track 10 recorded 1989.
