Sounds Of Nature --- 1999

Edition of 300. In white die-cut chipboard sleeve hand-screened on the front and with a glued-panel on the rear. Artwork on the back of the rear panel shows through the die-cut when the disc is removed. Comes with a printed insert with lyrics, song list, & credits on one side, hand-screened on the other side. The Trd w/d prototype, Andy and Dan took turns playing drums and balancing 4 track on each others heads. Recorded almost entirely in Phillips, Minneapolis, MN winter to summer '99. The insert lists 9 track titles, but 10 tracks appear on the disc (and on the tracklist given on the rear cover.) A2 title is given as "Sequel to Rattoothfile" in insert. "Cave Of the Mouths" is listed on the insert, but not on the back cover. This could be an alternate title for A4 or B3 or be an entirely different track which was ultimately left off the album. Album title is given as "The Sounds Of Nature: Opposite Compound" on the insert. Runouts are etched. Vinyl pressing company derived from runouts.
