Limited edition of probably no more than a few hundred copies; issued exclusively for Norwegian book club "Bokklubben Nye Bøker", and originally available to its members only by mail order. Lilac box features the first four albums by Toto, which are Dutch original pressings with innersleeves and with standard catalogue numbers.
