Released with a single-sided b/w photocopied paper j-card with inner flap. Black cassette with black on white label sticker on one side. Recorded on the 4th of February 1990 at the Knitting Factory in New York. "Playable on hi-fi stereo or picnic portable." The sound is obviously taken from the mixing board - no audience is heard and the sound is crystal clear.
