Tracks 1-1 to 1-11 originally released as [m68837] Track 1-12 is 'Stealing Home' outtake originally released on [r6694231] Tracks 1-13 is a demo recorded with Bill Lamb in Seattle, originally released on [m1715449] Track 1-14 is a demo recorded with Bill Lamb in Seattle, originally released on [r14029256] Tracks 1-15 to 1-20 are from a BBC 'In Concert' show recorded at the Paris Theatre, London and broadcast on Radio One on 30 September 1978. Tracks 2-1 to 2-10 originally released as [m102090] Track 2-11 is from a live US radio broadcast on WBCN 104.1 FM recorded on 5 February 1979 at the Paradise Theater, Boston. Tracks 3-1 to 3-11 previously released as [m68848] Tracks 3-12 and 3-12 are songwriting demos Tracks 3-14 to 3-21 are from a concert recorded live in Orleans, France in June 1980. Tracks 4-1 to 4-10 originally released as [m68839] Track 4-11 is a songwriting demo Track 4-12 originally released on [r10945653] and [m605942] Tracks 4-13 to 4-18 are songwriting demos which were originally released on [r6685973] Track 4-19 is a 'Shook' outtake and was originally released on [r6694231] Tracks 5-1 to 5-12 were recorded at Beursschouwburg, Brussels on 18 January 1979. Tracks 5-13 to 5-15 are unreleased demos by [a289241] recorded in 1982. Track 6-1 recorded in Huntington, WV December 197 Tracks 6-2 and 6-3, recorded at the Lonestar Cafe, New York May 1979 Tracks 6-4 and 6-8 recorded in Norman, OK November 1978 Track 6-5 recorded at the Universal Amphitheater, Los Angeles August 1988 Track 6-6 recorded at an unknown US venue in 1978 Track 6-7 recorded in Boston, MA February 1979 Tracks 6-9 to 6-15 are an edited version of a performance recorded on 14 May 1984 at a venue in Milan, Italy called Rolling Stone. One song which was released during this period which is not on this compilation is a live version of Payday recorded in Manchester.
