Issued with a fold-over sleeve and a four-panel foldout insert. Pasted onto the first inside panel of the sleeve is a piece of gold foil embedded with a convex mirror. This version has printed center labels. Also comes with a small note from Chris Jensen of The Mountain Collective explaining that the insert panels were printed incorrectly.
