The Big Album No One --- 1995

It is not abundantly clear what the exact album title is. The CD label says "The Big Album No One" implying it is the first in a series of such compilations. The front artwork says "The Big Album No One", "The First Big Album", and "Big". The spine says "The Big Album" and "The First Big Album". But nowhere does it mention "Issue" in those titles. Some tracks are live recordings, some are demos, some are previously released, some are not. This is therefore both an album of new material and a compilation of previously released material. Tracks 5 & 6 are (previously) unreleased. Track 9 is an exclusive live track. Track12 is only available in Europe. Track 15 is the original demo.
