Housed in a standard jacket with a printed inner sleeve featuring newspaper reports concerning the show documented on this release, a folded, 8.5x11", 4-panel insert featuring an interview from the never-released 4th issue of Satanic Skinhead zine and a professionally printed, double-sided 11x17" poster featuring the original poster art for the gig on one side and a live photo of the band on the other side.
