Housed in a generic Data Airlines sleeve die-cut to look like a 5.25" floppy disk, with a dataPAAL sticker on it and a handwritten label with the cat#. The sleeve is housed in a different generic Data Airlines paper sleeve that looks like a floppy disk sleeve. White testpressing labels with handwritten designation. 5 copies, numbered (on Side A label), pressed on black wax.
