Although 19 tracks are listed in the CD booklet, track 3 has been (inadvertantly?) missed off. There are only 18 tracks on the CD and the numbering above has been adjusted to take account of this fact. Recorded in Elmer, Berlin on 2 May 1996; tracks 5, 10, 11 and 14 (re-adjusted numbering) recorded at The Hospital, Amsterdam on 15 April 1996. Tracks 17, 18 not credited on liner notes.
