Packaged in large white box with attached color print out of Colfax quadrangle stamped with "derelict". Inside the box are 13 color photographs, 3 color inkjet pages from the Colfax page of ghosttowns.com and a double sided hand written letter. The cassette is contained in a standard plastic case with track information hand written on standard Maxell XLII insert. This is a private release: 1 copy made for Eric Lanzillotta, 1 copy retained by Jeph Jerman.
