This album is CODS last work that Matt Foran put together himself with the help from various bands and artists affiliated with him. The reimagining of their 2008 effort, TPCM2: Judgment Day. The follow up album to "The Pop Culture Massacre" comes with 7 unreleased songs that was supposed to be on a brand new CODS album that got canceled (features 4 new original songs, 2 cover songs, previously unreleased songs "The X-Files Theme" and "Happy Birthday Jesus!") and 10 remix songs from Pop Culture Massacre album remixed by various artists and bands (two new remixes, the first by Audioflesh, and the second being the winning remix from the fan contest, however the chosen cover song was absent).
