Heaven Knows (Juvenile Wrecks) --- 1979

Comes in wrap around stapled photocopied sleeve, made from a twice-folded A4 sheet. Later/repro sleeves exist with higher-contrast printing and thicker/brighter paper. They are stapled in the same place, but the A4 is trimmed to 7"+ wide so that the sleeves are only folded once. At least some of these were made by Steve in the 1990s and early 2000s when he was cranking out Ticket Inspectors cassettes.
