Issued in a soft transparent plastic gatefold sleeve with a double folded colour printed sleeve as only artwork. The 'funny' thing is that the paperwork used for the sleeve is exactly the same kind of paper in which meat products are packed at the (Belgian) butcher shops. On the back of the sleeve there is receipt. On the plastic sleeve there is a small sticker with a name written in ballpoint and a unique number.
