Town Hall Jazz Concert 1945 --- 1973-09-00
A label variant of all US submissions, which all have the MO suffix at the end of the label matrix. This suffix as well as the (MR) stamped in the deadwax identifies pressing for this issue, [l=Monarch Record Mfg. Co.]. The sequential delta numbers, △18225 and △18226 identify the work process date, early -mid September 1973. Milt Gabler statement from jacket inside: "Commodore original monaural recordings were previously issued in 78 rpm, 45 rpm and 33⅓ rpm form on Commodore and other licensed labels. They are now re-issued as monaural recordings suitable for monophonic and stereophonic reproduction." Released in a double album gatefold. Records are not auto-coupled.
