Discs 1 through 3 and Disc 4 tracks 1 through 4 recorded live at the Jazz Celebration at Concord Pavilion on July 8, 1995. The remaining tracks were recorded exclusively for this set. Note: On Track 1-1, Mel Martin was on the wrong microphone as he began his solo, when he realized it, he repeated that chorus. The dead microphone section was edited from the issued track.
