Southern Cross --- 1926

1926 special-order repress on white Victrola custom repress label with typewritten track information that lists only the 1908 patent. Originally released in August 1912 on Victor 17109, a record deleted from the catalog in 1926. Cornet The B side label of the original release (Victor 17109) credited Herbert L. Clarke, Cornet Solo with orchestra; the Victor Brass Quartet was credited only for the A side. Matrix B-12034, take 1, recorded Camden, NJ, May 18, 1912.
