Released to coincide with the Bubblegum Octopus/Yatagarasu Take Control! 2009 tour. Track 5 is incorrectly listed as "Fire Belly". Tracks 1 to 4 recorded in Chris' apartment and Chris' parents' bathroom in July and August, 2009. Tracks 5 to 8 recorded in m@ the c@'s room in July and August, 2009.
