Packaged in a tri-fold cardboard sleeve that is cut out to provide a 3-layer effect when folded closed. The center is a sleeve containing the booklet and CD. Title on disc: "TASTE OF Tennessee" Title on front cover: "Tennessee May 31,1996 Nashville, TN" Title on booklet: "TASTE OF Tennessee TENNESSEE BICENTENNIAL CD" Artists have donated their royalties to Tennessee based charities.
