Notable errors in liner notes: Patrick Leonard was mistakenly given writing credit for "Beautiful Stranger" instead of William Orbit. William Orbit was mistakenly given producer credit for "Die Another Day" instead of Mirwais. William Orbit was mistakenly given co-producer credit for "La Isla Bonita" in addition to Madonna and Patrick Leonard. No producer credit was given at all for "Papa Don't Preach" inside the CD booklet, only on the back cover. Patrick Leonard's named was misspelled as "Patrick Leonardt" in the production credits for "Cherish" inside the CD booklet. On CD1, all tracks are HDCD encoded except: Track 1 (Hung Up), Track 4 (4 Minutes), Track 11 (Sorry) and Track 18 (Revolver). On CD2, all tracks are HDCD encoded except: Track 10 (Miles Away), Track 13 (Beautiful Stranger), Track 14 (Hollywood), Track 15 (Die Another Day) and Track 18 (Celebration).
