Flexi is glued into the centerfold of an 8" by 16" cardboard sheet, forming a 'booklet'. Instructions on flexi: "To play fold front cover underneath back cover and place entire booklet on phonograph. Tracks A1, A2, B2, B3 recorded Fall 1975 at 93 Josephine St., Somerville, Mass. Tracks A3, B1, B4 recorded Fall 1976 - Spring 1977 at EMS, University of Iowa.
