Packaged in a cardboard Digipak with an obi strip. The spine has the artist, album title, and catalog number. The back cover has the record label and legal info. The front cover is solid blue. Inside the sleeve is a poster (front side is the cover art from the LP release, back side is a lyrics sheet in Japanese) and a promotional pamphlet for the artist's 2018-2019 "qp" tour. Release includes CD only, no DVD.
