Oversized (folded at the top), screen-printed, paper bag sleeve, with dedication on the inside, packaged with a piece of plastic "fishnet" tubing. Edition of 1000, hand-numbered on the "Dedication" side of the paper bag. Later reissued by Union Hall records with different artwork.
