Thawing Voices --- 2008

Hand-made envelopes sealed with hot wax. Hand-numbered, screenprinted inserts. Edition of 75. Scissor Lock is self-confessed "overenthusiastic teenager" Marcus Whale. In the past, Marcus has occasionally released music made made primarily with instruments like guitar & piano. For Thawing Voices, however, he has ditched instruments altogether to make a three-part suite of purely vocal music. It's kind of like Medulla, except Marcus is a dude, & Mike Patton isn't on it.
